چکیده

Studies of drug-polymer compatibility play an important role in the preformulation stage for development pharmaceutical dosage forms. The potential physical and chemical interactions between drugs polymer can affect nature, stability bioavailability form as a result therapeutic response clinical phase. present study reveals thermal spectroscopic mixtures Vildagliptin (VDG) HPMC combination with cationic polymers chitosan, anionic NaCMC nonionic PEO extended release (ER). In first phase study, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was used tool to detect any interaction. next phase, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) technique confirm investigate type possible components. both cases, data revealed that analysed polymeric excipients did not show on VDG. Results indicated suitability K4M hydrophilic matrix polymers, non-ionic preparation formulation

investigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures

deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...

single-step synthesis of multi-component spirobarbiturates using ionic liquids and synthesis of substituted pyridine filled with catalysts supported on solid substrate

in this thesis, a better reaction conditions for the synthesis of spirobarbiturates catalyzed by task-specific ionic liquid (2-hydroxy-n-(2-hydroxyethyl)-n,n-dimethylethanaminium formate), calcium hypochlorite ca(ocl)2 or n-bromosuccinimide (nbs) in the presence of water at room temperature by ultrasonic technique is provided. the design and synthesis of spirocycles is a challenging task becaus...

the evaluation of language related engagment and task related engagment with the purpose of investigating the effect of metatalk and task typology

abstract while task-based instruction is considered as the most effective way to learn a language in the related literature, it is oversimplified on various grounds. different variables may affect how students are engaged with not only the language but also with the task itself. the present study was conducted to investigate language and task related engagement on the basis of the task typolog...

Compatibility studies of nateglinide with excipients in immediate release tablets.

Experiments were done to assess the compatibility of nateglinide with selected excipients in the development of immediate release tablets of nateglinide by thermal and isothermal stress testing (IST) techniques. To evaluate the drug-excipient compatibility, different techniques such as differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) study, infra-red (IR) spectrophotometric study and isothermal stress ...
